 Refund Policy and Procedures   

• Your financial commitment with a guaranteed seat is nonrefundable nor transferable if you do not attend your scheduled class. 
• Please make sure you are on time for your scheduled class
•  Attendance of any class, does not grantee you will be approved for a Handgun Qualification License. That is determined by the Maryland State Police. 
• It is the responsibility of each participate to be present for the duration of the entire class 
• Only the registered student can attend the class
• No firearms are permitted in class
• You must inform the instructor before the start of class if you have limitations in the handling of a firearm

Weather & Cancellation Policy

Classes may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions including:

• Lightning or thunderstorms
• Severe rain or flooding
• Snow or icy conditions
• High winds
• Extreme heat or cold
• Any weather condition deemed unsafe by the instructor or range staff

Light rain or normal outdoor conditions will not typically cancel training.

If a class must be canceled due to weather, students will be notified by email or text prior to the start of class using the contact information provided during registration.

If a class is canceled due to weather:

• Students will be rescheduled for the next available class, or
• Students may select another available class date.

Because weather is outside of our control, weather-related cancellations are rescheduled rather than refunded.

The lead instructor and range management have final authority in determining whether weather conditions are safe for training.
